NGAGE was founded in October 2019, as the Cashback Business Network Ltd, based solely in UK by Lauren Brown. Before long, Giuseppe 'Pino' Ciannella joined the team as a partner and Director.

NGAGE held its first meeting in The Village Hotel, Walsall, West Midlands on 17th October 2019 and it was a resounding success with all visitors and guests wanting to sign up.

The formula was revolutionary and gave people the opportunity to speak more than once.

NGAGE, like most startups, has an interesting history but the primary mission was to provide a platform for businesses that had joined the Cashback Partner Program and Loyalty Program with a view of business owners building better relationships and increasing their connections.

By February 2020, NGAGE expanded into Italy holding its first business networking meeting in Testina's, Milan on Monday 26th February, just as Lombardy went into lockdown as a result of the Covid Pandemic.

March 10th saw the very first live NGAGE meeting in Ireland hosted by the now Irish CEO Sean Mc Sherry and once again the meeting a resounding success.

March 23rd saw the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announce a full lockdown for the UK, Ireland was soon to follow. Italy was already locked down. NGAGE meetings moved online and since that very first meeting, the number of meetings have grown significantly.

NGAGE is now in 9 Countries and growing, both online and offline (where allowed). NGAGE holds meetings in UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Norway, USA, Switzerland, India and France with Austria and Germany coming soon.
